Four things about this picture...

1. It was only in the 'my picture' folder because I was making a completely different picture to prove to my Mother that my daughter looks like Karlan.

2. The girl cropped out was my best friend and was the only other girl in the neighborhood my age, and her name was Amy Marina ******** .. and since our names were both Amy, and our middle names rhymed we decided it was meant to be. Also we both had obnoxious last names.

3. The blue and white check outfit I'm wearing is actually a one piece shorts jumper thing.

4. Sometimes when I smile, my gums still show just as much as they did back then, but my freckles have faded.

PS. Here is the proof - again Mom. (because she reads here sometimes - randomly)


Oh and Karlan is the one with purple hair. :-P
